Kirsten Ahrendt is a coach and creative. Previously, she has been a professional athlete, designer, business owner and once upon a brief time she was a geologist.

Wellread Meathead is a place for her to create, reflect and share the lessons from her existence at the intersection of being both wellread and a meathead.

Kirsten coaches and manages in San Diego. Her hope is to inspire and educate other female coaches and to change society’s relationship with health, fitness and performance. She is nearly certain that it is more important to ask the right questions than to have the right answers to the wrong questions.
